Subject to the fees, terms and conditions herein, ARA Consulting (alternatively: we, us, our) will develop an SBA Business Plan for your company (alternatively: you, your) as follows:

I. Preparation of plan

A) We will provide access to an online questionnaire and a short checklist of backup documents that will be needed to obtain the information required for preparing the Business Plan. The questionnaire is straightforward and typically takes no more than two hours to complete.

B) Using the information you provide, we will prepare the narratives and projections needed to complete your 8(a) Business Plan.

C) We will deliver your completed Business Plan in Adobe PDF® file format via email.Normally, this will be within three business days after you have completed the online questionnaire and provided the requested backup documents. The Business Plan will be ready for printing, signature and submission to your SBA District office.

II. Fees

A) The fee for preparation of your SBA 8(a) Business Plan is $1,500, payable upon purchasing the service. You may pay by credit or debit card, or you may use a PayPal account.

III. Terms:

A) Guarantee/Refunds: We guarantee that SBA will accept and approve the business plan we prepare for you. In the unlikely event that SBA does not accept your business plan, we will make whatever revisions might be necessary to assure SBA acceptance without additional charge. Our fee, however, is non-refundable.

B) Proprietary Materials/Confidentiality: You hereby acknowledge that we consider all of our work products to be proprietary, including but not limited to any templates, drafts, questionnaires, spreadsheets or samples we provide to you, as well as any documents we prepare or modify (to the extent of the modification) on your behalf. You are authorized to use these materials for the sole purpose of submitting an SBA Form 1010-C Business Plan to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). You may not use our work product for any other purpose, and you may not provide our work product to any third party other than the SBA. We will treat all information and documents that we receive from you as confidential and will use it only for the purposes discussed herein. We will not disclose your information to any third party(s) unless required to do so by law.

C) Release of Liability: You acknowledge that our fee is based solely on the value of the time we set aside to work on your Form 1010-C Business Plan and not on any other potential value it may have to you. You agree to accept the Business Plan services we are offering on an "as is" and "as offered" basis You further agree that our sole obligation under this agreement is to prepare and deliver to you a completed SBA Form 1010-C Business Plan, and to make any adjustments to it that SBA may require. You hereby release us without limitation from any claims beyond that, and agree to indemnify us against any third party claims arising from this contract.
